The Sameera Gokal Foundation Privacy Policy (“Policy”) was created to help you understand how the Foundation uses information that is automatically collected from your computer and information you submit to this website. The Foundation is committed to protecting your online privacy. By using this Site, as defined by our Terms of Use, you agree to be legally bound by this Policy, as it may be amended from time to time. We are a global Foundation in touch with schools in many countries across the developing world. We may transfer information to a school located outside the country, in which it was originally collected, in accordance with international data protection laws.

Our Site may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our Site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, the Sameera Gokal Foundation cannot be responsible or liable for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting such sites, and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

The Site does not seek to collect any information from children. If a child provides us with information, the parent or guardian may notify us, and the information will be deleted from our records.
